How can I change the server location?
The server location can be changed by our support team via a ticket request. Available locations: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, USA. Please note: all server data will be deleted during the location change, as it is technically impossible to transfer data between different locations.
Why is the speed low or access to the server limited?
Our company does not limit network speed — services are provided according to the selected plan. If you experience limitations or access issues, they are most likely caused by external factors such as ISP restrictions, routing issues, or government regulations.
What is included in the VPS service?
The VPS service includes server resources. Technical support is provided free of charge. Additional software may be installed at the discretion of the support team.
